Limitation of liability for internal content
The content of our website has been compiled with meticulous care and to the best of our knowledge. However, we cannot assume any liability for the up-to-dateness, completeness or accuracy of any of the pages.

Pursuant to section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Contact Form.
The data you provide through contact forms on our websites is saved in order to process your query or provide answers to further questions. This information is not shared with any third party without your express permission. This data is solely processed according to your express permission ( Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Revocation of your express permission is possible at any given time by means of an informal email. The legality of the data processing up to the point of your revocation remains intact. The data collected through contact forms remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your express permission of data storage or data storage is no longer necessary. Mandatory statutory directives – especially retention periods – remain unaffected.

Newsletter Data.
In order to send our newsletter/tourplan we require your email address. Verification of your e-mail address is necessary to opt in to receive our newsletter. Additional data is not collected and is solely used to send newsletters.
The data collected in order to send our newsletter is solely processed according to your express permission ( Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Revocation of your express permission is possible at any given time by means of an informal email. The legality of the data processing up to the point of your revocation remains intact.
Data provided during the subscription will be deleted upon unsubscribing to the newsletter/tourplan. Should this data have been provided to us for other uses and at another point it will remain with us.
